Getting Started

What is Qvikmessage Document Automator?

Qvikmessage Document Automator is a service that automatically processes invoices and purchase orders sent via email and creates draft entries in your Zoho Books accounting system.

How do I connect my Zoho Books account?

Go to your dashboard and click "Connect Zoho Account". Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize access to your Zoho Books organization. Contact support if you encounter any issues during setup.

Sending Documents

How do I send invoices and purchase orders?

Send emails with your documents attached to your organization's unique document processing email address. You can find this address in your organization settings in the dashboard.

Important: Only send from authorized email addresses that you've added to your organization settings.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF files, images (JPG, PNG), and common office document formats. For best results, use clear, high-quality PDF files.

Organization Settings

How do I add authorized senders?

Go to Organizations → Settings → Authorized senders. Add the email addresses that are allowed to send documents to your organization.

Why do I need to use my registered email address?

Using your registered email address ensures faster support response times and helps us verify your identity when you contact our support team.

Document Processing

What happens after I send a document?

Our system analyzes the document, extracts key information, and creates a draft Sales Order or Bill in your Zoho Books account for your review. Processing typically takes a few minutes.

How do I view failed documents?

Go to the Documents section and click on "Failed" to see documents that couldn't be processed. You can review error details and reprocess them.

If documents continue to fail, contact support with details about the document and error message.

How is my data protected?

All documents are scanned for spam and security threats. We use industry-standard encryption and secure storage services. Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
